    1. One of my best friends did a biography report on Amelia Earhart, so I wanted to read about her in a book. She was really adventurous and she was a tomboy. I like baseball, science, books with boys as main characters, rubik's cubes, magic tricks, and other things boys like, so I liked that part about her. One thing that was different about Amelia and me was she wasn't a very good student in school.

    2. This book gives a very brief overview of the life of Amelia Earhart. About three quarters of the book is dedicated to her life before her high school graduation. She and her sister, Muriel, were very active youngsters. They like to play games, climb, build, explore, and basically do things that only boys were used to doing. She didn't learn to fly plans until she was older after working toward the war effort, but when she did she set huge standards for what [...]

    4. Age: 8 and upReview: This book is one of the biographies of the life of Amelia Earhart. It explains her life and dreams as a child and what she did to reach those dreams. This would be a great example of a biography for students to read. Especially, if they were writing a paper over Amelia Earhart.
