    1. This story was amazing for both me and my sister for several reasons. For starters, she read volume 1 and I read volume 2 and then we switched off so we could both read the stories. We first exchanged what our favorite stories were. When we started discussing what we had read, we discovered just how in-depth Milkyway Hitchhiking was. It was like little puzzles were left in the books and only after reading it could you find them. Me reading volume 2 meant I had noticed things my sister had not. I' [...]

    2. In SummaryMilkyway Hitchhiking returns with six more “episodes.” Most these stories are longer than the Volume 1 works, and though there are lighthearted stories in the mix, they tend to have a darker feel. Milkyway continues to be the common thread binding the stories, but as in Volume 1, the stories are more about the lives she encounters so the particulars about her remain largely unknown. The ReviewMilkyway’s tales continue in their non-linear fashion. As in the first volume, her roles [...]

    3. I found the stories in the second volume to be a bit better than the first, but they still come across poorly written. I really don't think its a translation issue. The way the story plots out, it just comes across as childish and naive in every way. But it is very, very pretty.Yen Press did a stellar job publishing this series. The heavy, glossy, full-colour pages and gorgeous covers are delicious eye-candy. If thought of as an art book with a little narrative thrown in, its really lovely. But [...]

    4. Absolutely beautiful art, would love to have some of the pages as prints. The stories are a bit confusing at best and disturbing at worst, and the quick succession of tales leaves you going, "wait, what?"

    5. Absolutely adore the art style, and I felt I liked some of the tales in this one better than the last, though there were some that I couldn't quite understand. Maybe I just read it too fast. Nonetheless, these are great books to read if you like to read in smaller doses with different stories.

    6. There are a lot of weird dialog choices if you ask me but the artwork is gorgeous s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg/
