    1. Dan Molyneaux felt the power of his big V8 sedan as he took the corner with ease – the quiet country road was straight and free of any other vehicles; but as he crested the hill in preparation for the downhill run, he was horrified to see a kangaroo bounding toward him. Unable to avoid the accident, Dan felt the impact shudder through his vehicle – when he jumped from the car to check the ‘roo, he was saddened to see its fate. But the timely arrival of Ranger Alice Pritchard had him seriou [...]

    2. Home to Bindarra Creek is about two damaged people and how they help each other to heal by falling in love. Dan Molyneaux is a city boy who sold his financial company in Sydney after a client jump from his office building and then bought a run down pub in Bindarra Creek. However, the previous own is the park ranger Alice Pritchard who husband died at the same spot Dan crushes the car when kangaroo hit it. The kangaroo incident started the readers of Home To Bindarra Creek to follow a rollercoast [...]

    3. A fantastic rural romance set in the Bindarra Creek world. Bindarra Creek is a series of 13 books by 13 authors, all set in the same small town. I haven't read any of the other stories from this series, so I can vouch for the fact that they can stand alone.City boy leaves behind his high-stress career and meets country girl. Kangaroo poo, a swearing cockatoo, and foam bullets may be involved. I loved Alice and Dan - both people I'd like to hang out with, so I enjoyed spending time with them as I [...]

    4. Juanita Kees has been nominated for all sorts of awards for her romantic suspense Tag Raiders series, set in the Roleystone area in the foothills of Perth, but this is her first foray into rural romance. This is Book 6 in the Bindarra Creek series, comprising 13 authors writing a story per month for 13 months. I've only read one other Bindarra Creek book thus far. While the books share a town and several secondary characters, each book can be read as a stand alone. In Home to Bindarra Creek the her [...]

    5. I couldn't be more surprised and amazed at this short, but emotion-rich read. The books that I've read of the Bindarra Creek series thus far have been quite the revelation, giving me my requisite dose of Antipodean writing. Juanita Kees's writing - wonderfully balanced storytelling with eye-popping characters that feel real enough to touch - however, lifts this particular series to a new high.

    6. I fell in love with all the characters in this book immediately. Both Dan and Alice have such pain and guilt in their past and they are perfect for each other. I loved the secondary characters in the town, particularly Charlie, Jack, Curly and Muttley. I also really appreciated the way The author addressed the pain in Alice's past. There was no, 'I'm in love now so I can forget about my past' that you sometimes get in romance novels. She deals with the issues well. This is a warm and heartfelt b [...]

    7. I know it's a cliche to say a story will tug at your heartstrings but I truly believe this one will. Here, we have two great leads – a heroine whose heart has been broken in the worst way possible and an urban hero who’s trying to fit into a country town. There was so much standing between them and I desperately wanted them to be together. I loved the cast of crazy characters, and I mean “crazy” in the best way possible. This is a touching story full of warmth and heart. I highly recomme [...]

    8. Home to Bindarra Creek is the 6th book in the series and doesn't disappoint. Alice and Dan are two people looking for nothing put peace in their life. But in Bindarra Creek there is nothing that lends itself to peace. These characters work well together and we are introduced to a couple of unusual residence in the small county town. A great read.

    9. Another great novel from this exciting series. Alice and Dan are well suited as the hero and heroine. And the meddlesome Grandad Charlie and Old Man Jake add to the comedy of the story.

    10. Dan and Alice both feel guilt over events in their pasts. When Dan meets Alice he's unable to walk away and tries to help overcome a great tragedy in her life and learns he too must let go so he can move on to a future neither thought possible. Another great Bindarra Creek book. I'm so loving this series.

    11. Another of the books in the stunning series – Bindarra Creek Romance. This one is by Juanita Kees and after I finished reading it, the story and the characters stayed with me for days. I absolutely loved it! I laughed and cried. It's a beautiful story and so well written. Five stars - ten if I could. Thanks for a wonderful story.

    12. I don't read a lot of rural romance but this emotional and touching story from Juanita Kees had me hooked from the first page. Dan and Alice had wonderful chemistry and I enjoyed their banter as well as the way they challenged each other. The cast of supporting characters were also fun to get know. It's easy to see why this was nominated for a RWA Ruby as Kees is a wonderful storyteller.
